Silly Sock Puppet Show

Turn mismatched socks into goofy characters and put on a show. A perfect rainy day activity that costs nothing.

What You'll Need

  • Old socks (1 per character)
  • Markers or buttons for eyes
  • Yarn scraps for hair (optional)
  • Glue stick

Step by Step

  1. 1

    Pick out some old or mismatched socks.

  2. 2

    Slip a sock over your hand and move your fingers to make it 'talk.'

  3. 3

    Use markers to draw eyes and a mouth, or glue on button eyes.

  4. 4

    Give each puppet a name and a silly voice.

  5. 5

    Put on a show behind the couch or a cardboard box stage!
